Is it okay to fall asleep in the bath tub

-Set an alarm. Or make a time limit for when you should get out. Have

-Move around a lot, or lower the amount of soap you put inside the tub as  
you fill it.  
-Put some music on that keeps you awake & centered.  
 
If all else fails, don't use the bath soap for too long. You know ur  
limits on how much you can put in there before you get groggy & tired.
